Payment Policy

Services: Full payment of fee or insurance copay due on day rendered.

Glasses: Minimum of 50 percent of full amount or all of insurance copay due at time of order. Balance due at time of dispense.

Contact Lenses: full amount or insurance copay due at time of order.

Payment Methods: Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit card, health savings card, and Care Credit.

Vision Insurance Plans: We are participating providers for over 90 percent of all vision plans. Proof of coverage with a valid insurance card for copying is preferred. Authorization and verification of eligibility for services and materials will be done electronically or by telephone before arrival or at time of appointment. Member ID number or Social Security number is usually necessary for authorizing coverage.
